We have has a dedicated Human Resources Department staffed with experienced and capable team and also have strong relation & association with leading recruiting agents in overseas countries to recruit and mobilize manpower expertise to meet rising demands of our customers.

Oil & Gas
DAR provided multi-discipline and multi-national manpower expertise to Saudi Aramco for over four years under Construction Technical Services Contract. DAR is currently providing manpower resources to SAMREF and SASREF as per their requirements.

Petrochemical
DAR has major presence in the Petrochemical,Oil and Gas,Power sectors. Over 350 of its personnel are deployed in this sector providing services mainly to SABIC and its affiliate Companies.

Power Utility
DAR is a preferred vendor to Saudi Electricity Company in the Eastern, Central, Southern and Western Regions providing highly manpower expertise for Power Projects, Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Maintenance departments. In addition, DAR provides manpower to major LSTK Contractors in the sector like ABB, Siemens, Schneider, etc.

Government
DAR has been associated with the Ministry of Defense, providing manpower expertise to various organizations under the Ministry for over ten years.

Infrastructure
DAR provides manpower expertise to various Infrastructure Projects. Currently, DAR has deployed its manpower resources in the Power & Water Utility Company (MARAFIQ), The Royal Commission. In addition, DAR also provide manpower resources in the Infrastructure Sector through major LSTK Contractors.
